My client - a very bright & fun young professional, currently renting a studio apartment, asked me to help her make it in something special for her time there before she purchased her first home.
Lots of challenges; rental restrictions, small budget & not a great deal of space. I aimed to achieve maximum practicality & define the flow by creating a multi-use approach, that also spoke to my client’s favourite colour palette.

I completely reversed the layout of studio apartment allowing the living area to flow out onto a small balcony and the bedroom set further back towards the bathroom and fitted cupboards.

It all worked very well and my client was very happy with the outcome ...
