For those Clients that do not want a mass-produced project home, or a full custom Architectural house, we offer a range of flexible “ready made” designs that can be adapted to many sites. These designs are intended to fill the gap between the budget project home and the high-end custom home. Our Designer Range houses can provide from three to five bedrooms, multiple living areas with single or double garages. The houses can be modified to be single level, split-level or two storey. These houses have specifically been designed to suit sloping sites.
This range incorporates many of the design principles of our custom houses with separate zoning for living spaces and bedrooms, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and outdoor living (alfresco) decks. They offer a variety of external expressions with different roof forms, materials and colour schemes. Due to the design quality, range of façade options and ability to adapt to various site conditions, the Designer Range is still an architecturally designed home customised for each client.
Our Designer Range can help short cut the design process by adapting a ready made design. A build cost lower than a typical full custom home may be possible by adapting certain principles of standard project homes.
