Our clients came to us with a project design and brief list for four luxury townhouses on one prime block in Leederville. We tailored the design- keeping in regard their specifications and particular preferences- with a goal to maximise return while keeping the project on budget.
The owners had expressed their desire to retain and live in one of the town houses, so we increased the level of finish and personalised that house to the owner’s taste. This was a turnkey development, with RDC choosing all the fixtures and fittings to get the best resale value without breaking the budget.
