If you’re going to downsize… why not make it FUN!?

This design features a hanging space, with access from the climbing wall! Here we have a study that utilises the vertical space and a folding floor to convert the hanging space into a second bedroom. Downstairs we have flexible storage furniture, converting from an L couch, into a third bed. There is a fully functional kitchen with creative pantry and appliance storage. The master bedroom has a full-width robe and bedside storage. In this design, a standing height space at the foot of the bed can be achieved.

The external materials have been carefully selected to create a low-maintenance, bushfire-resistant, and energy-efficient dwelling. Black Shou Sugi Ban and zincalume corrugated iron cladding has been utlised.

This project is in the final planning stages, ready for construction and is perfect for a young growing family.
