A very steep site located on the hillside of Coolum Beach overlooking the ocean. The site access was via a single lane access way. Curved roofs link the building to the beach side location combined with the blue weatherboard cladding and metal roofing. The building is twisted in the site the maximise the ocean views, northern sun and breezes. the geometry let the building step down the slope.
