Contemporary golf-fronted courtyard style open plan home. The main views are South over the golf course, and the owners wanted to ensure the home was warm and light-filled. We created a central north-facing courtyard to ensure the South facing living areas had winter sun and lots of natural daylight. To enhance this, the living area is a double-height space with clerestory windows for additional winter sunlight and daylight. The house is currently under construction.
