This renovation project is one of our partners previous homes, which he designed and constructed. The home was lifted and excavated under to create a larger building area, and a space excavate for the garage. The original home was a 100 square metre place with 3 small bedrooms and a open garage area under. After the renovation the home had 4 large bedrooms, open plan living, kitchen and dining area. A large family room, sitting room, 3 bathrooms, laundry, 2 external entertaining areas and a double garage.
