Complete restoration of a heritage listed double-storey Victorian terrace including a major renovation at the rear.

The original pokey upstairs bedrooms in the existing building are removed and a two storey void opened out over the living/dining area complete with an overlooking mezzanine study. A new central courtyard brings light into the older building and gives the new bedroom/living wing spaces a northern aspect.
