The façade mimics that of a traditional Hampton’s beach house with weatherboards and stone, while the new colourbond roof seamlessly connects the original house with the new extension, giving the façade an impressive street appeal.

For this renovation project we transformed a 1970’s brick house into an expansive, luxurious Hamptons style beach house. The original house, which had undergone several renovations in its lifetime, was perched on the sand dune overlooking the beach with an existing double garage facing the street.

We updated the façade and the interiors of the original house and extended the western side of the house, towards the street.
