Perched on a sloping block overlooking Brisbane Water, this Central Coast house design is a west-facing contemporary home displaying a modern vernacular with large expanses of glass, a flat roof with wide eaves and a neutral palette of organic and man-made materials.

The Point Frederick House was awarded a Commendation at the Newcastle Architecture Awards 2020.
