This Midcentury-style 1970's house originally belonged to a pair of artists. The home had a lot of flair and character, but it was outdated, dark, cold and didn't connect to it's amazing forest location or look out at the ocean views. We increased the energy efficiency, updated the interiors, extended. We opened up the access to the garden and site and added a pool.
