DraftRoom achieved Development Approval with Sunshine Coast Council for a Duplex (Dual Occupancy) on Main Road, Kuluin.

This project had its challenges with an existing dwelling on the site, steep land overlay, and not being able to meet several of Council’s acceptable outcomes. With DraftRoom’s expertise and our preferred consultants, the necessary plans, reports and applications were lodged with Council, leading to an Approved Decision Notice.
