Lakehouse

The Lakehouse was created to grow with the family. Light, airy and spacious this home can accommodate a variety of uses now and into the future. The connection to the landscape and other areas within the house assist in the functionality of the home. Elements of intrigue and surprise are found throughout the home which perfectly reflects the clients’ personality and interests. Robust yet elegant, this home will serve its occupants well and allow for an abundance of family moments to be experienced and fondly remembered.
Tiered steps lead from the back entertaining space down to a firepit. The steps double as seating and allow the clients to look out over the lake as they enjoy the outdoors.

The master bathroom features a freestanding tub, dual vanity, open shower and operable glazing to allow for views or privacy.

A butlers pantry adjacent to the kitchen allows for food storage and preparation while the main kitchen remains clean and sociable. A skylight brings light to the otherwise dark space and makes it feel open and bright.

Next to the wine cellar is the wine tasting room, with a table and chairs, shelving and a porthole window to the pool.

The heart of the home consists of the living room and the family room, separated by a large two sided fire place. This created the sense of 'rooms' in a largely open part of the house. The finishes are modern while the furniture is soft and comfortable.

The sauna is siutated underneath the bedrooms and besides the gym and cellar. It has windows inside which allows the appreciation of the view and sunlight to extend into the confined space.
