Certified as LEED Silver by the US Green Building Council, this residence incorporates an extensive list of sustainable features, while still meeting the aesthetic needs of the client. Locally sourced, reclaimed, wood flooring, and cherry wood trim (which was harvested on site), are intended to give the interiors a timeless quality, while the low E windows provide an abundance of daylight and a visual connection back to the site and lake vistas.
