The owners, using the apartment for family holidays, asked us to put a proposal and budget together for a full renovation.
By keeping the décor and finishes understated, simple and elegant in neutral tones we allowed for touches of colour to be introduced here and there – reflecting the lustrous ocean blue/green that enhances every view from the apartment. We completely gutted bathrooms, laundry and kitchen to achieve maximum storage and to dispel the outdated '80's finishes.
