Suzie Beirne, following a recommendation from a friend, was engaged to renovate and update our apartment (Spinnaker) at Main Beach in 1995. We agreed to the recommendations for both structural and aesthetic improvements. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Accordingly when we moved to a Sub Penthouse in the Inlet at Main Beach and later decided to do a major renovation our confidence in Suzie in providing advice, and access to professional contractors was the key factor in the outstanding result achieved. we worked with Suzie on our holiday house in the Whitsundays so we were looking forward to working with her again on our new home. This was a complete renovation, floors to ceiling. Suzie worked closely with the architect and builder to ensure our style and required structural changes were our vision and what our family needed. Our home has a beautiful flow now, gone are the harsh 80s angles, endless pillars and bulkheads. We wanted our home to be welcoming and comfortable but also have all the amenities and technology to live our life. Some things we had definite ideas and others we knew what we wanted but not how to achieve it, Suzie would brainstorm with us and either know the solution through experience or come up with workable options. I adore every room and piece of furniture. We have a 5 star finish on our home and I credit Suzie's enthusiasm, professionalism and her incredible skills and experience.
