Designed as a three level house on a steep site ,entry from the road is via a bridge that spans over a cascading Japanese garden, complete with Koi pond.
A smaller pebble garden sits on the bridge and welcomes visitors into the house.
Once inside, the house opens up onto large decks with views across the valley and to the harbour beyond.
