Murrumbeena family home - interior decorating project
A beautiful 1920's Art Deco family home in need of an internal facelift. I helped my clients with selecting paint colour, new window furnishings, tiles for existing fire place surrounds, lighting, artwork and furniture for their living rooms, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom.
This house also had it's floors repolished and all internal walls repainted for a bright new refresh from it's old rooms with heavy drapery and dark feature walls. The style my clients were drawn to were the Scandinavian and Nordic styles, a monochrome pallette with hues of pastel blues and pinks and the introduction of greenery into their home. The result was an amazing transformation, and my clients who had thought of selling were now thrilled and had fallen in love with their home all over again.
