My clients wanted to update the deck and stairs to the traditional brick home.
We knew that timber was not on, because they had tried it (and it rotted) but steel with stainless steel balustrades and artificial timber deck was on. The stairs were of concrete with new porcelain tiles that would not get ice on them, Canberra winters being what they are.
