Peter is great on design solutions, technical elements and project coordination. After careful research of ACT RAIA members I engaged him to renovate my 1959 NCDC Lyneham 4BR home. The project was to lift EER, eliminate HVAC leaks, update utilities to BCA, open up dark living spaces, improve accessibility for aging in place and achieve aesthetic lift to a Mid century home. All objectives were fully achieved - on time and on budget. Peter has a commonsense approach, excellent tender - documentation skills and applies appropriate levels of build team oversight. He is highly regarded by quality tradespeople. The RAIA build contract he uses is in plain English and he is great at working through project issues to keep jobs moving to deadline. I recommend his services highly.

Peter was my architect . I owned an old home which was knocked down and Peter designed a new 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house. I wanted an accessible house as my father is wheelchair bound but I also wanted a warm , low cost and sustainable house. It is wonderful living in a 7 1/2 star home . The double glaze windows, heating in the floor and insulated polystyrene panels make living in cold Canberra winters a dream. I love the high ceilings, low energy bills and the many courtyard outlooks. I feel like I live in a forest even though I live in a Canberra suburb. Peter followed my instructions but also offered some great suggestions. I can recommend Peter especially if you are interested in a sustainable and accessible house.

Replacement modernised balcony and retiled stairs to match new deck successfully completed. Owners very pleased with design and construction of the deck which involved some design challenges. We would readily recommend Peter's work.
