The outdoor entertaining area is where this design started, with it soon moving towards an extension of the house. The kitchen was stripped out and relocated to the extended end of the home with the above kids bedroom extended to match.

The living/kitchen and dining area was opened up using steel beams to support the floor above, while the floor area was refurbished with hybrid timber planks throughout. We renovated the laundry as well.
