With a perculiar shape 1273m2 block with a large bush fire buffer zone in the Gainsborough Green precinct our designer Lee and builder Suncrest Homes Gold Coast & Brisbane South West set about making the most of the East facing rear and views of the native Australian bush to the East & South-East of the site. With a range of facade options proposed the builder decided on a mix of polished blockwork as a feature to the front garage facade and rendered finish to the remainder of the building with stone & timber introduced to create a warm feel for this Master Builders Qld award nominated home.
