A new covered outdoor patio was added to the rear of the house with walnut tumbled travertine floor tiles. Features include, built in electric heating panels to ceiling, built in wood fired pizza oven, B.B.Q., rangehood canopy, built in kitchen with stone tops.

The rear facade of the existing house was a replica of the front facade & not original. Part of the facade was opened up & connected to a new covered patio. The original underground pool is located under the patio & was retained to act as a storage tank for recylced water.

The main bedroom was completely refurbished and the existing baltic pine floorboards stained & polished in a matt finish. A small sitting area adjacent to the front windows provides a respite area. New mirrors to walls extend the room beyond its size.

The bathroom was refurbised & now features honed Carera marble tiles to floor & walls. White vynle wrap cabinets and white fixtures compliment the style. Large mirrors extend the size of the room

The wall between the formsal dining room & family room was removed to extend the spaces into each other. A new decorative reveal was added. New windows repalced the existing with shear curatins. Th e decorative ceiling, fireplace & floor was refurbished. A new chandalier provides a central focus.

The existing curved staircase was removed and a new timber staircase constructed. Decorative timber work forms part of the balastrading, Part of the adjacent wall was removed to gain entry into th enew kitchen. The paneled timber wall forms the back of the kitchen.

The existing roof space was converted into several bedrooms each individually designed for the familys small children. Each little girl chose their own chandalier, paint colour & styling including the design of the bed head.
