The rear facade of the existing house was a replica of the front facade & not original. Part of the facade was opened up & connected to a new covered patio. The original underground pool is located under the patio & was retained to act as a storage tank for recylced water.

The wall between the formsal dining room & family room was removed to extend the spaces into each other. A new decorative reveal was added. New windows repalced the existing with shear curatins. Th e decorative ceiling, fireplace & floor was refurbished. A new chandalier provides a central focus.
