The project is a two-storey rear addition to an existing two-storey Victorian terrace house in the inner-city of Melbourne. The rear extension consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen with a raked ceiling and a polished concrete slab, opening out onto the rear garden.The first floor level extension consists of two bedroom to the first floor level. The external cladding is a charcoal zinc with reclaimed bricks to the boundary walls.
