This project is a renovation of an existing Victorian single storey semi-detached terrace house. The existing planning was improved by creating an open plan living/dining/kitchen with open out onto a rear deck through new steel framed windows. The bathroom was relocated to a more central part of the house. New oak timber flooring was introduced with white walls to create a Scandinavian feel.
