A new waterfront home providing seamless indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces over two levels. The challenges of a south-facing view have been addressed with soaring roofs and north-facing clerestory glazing ensuring a light-filled, environmentally efficient design. Watershed worked in association with architect Scott Bradley who conceived the concept design and had on-going design input throughout the construction process. Watershed provided detail design and documentation, with full contract administration of the project.
