We are so happy to share this beautiful home with you all after working on it for the first half of this year.
This design has many defining features but the most defining is its simple, rectangular shape. A shape that looks so simple in its completed form. What you dont see is the amount of work behind the scenes to create this easy look. In construction simple look often means very complex processes to create.
The property is situated in beautiful Yandina creek and sits atop the edge of a hill that sharply drops away to the back side of the property giving one end of the house an on ground design while the other end sits up in the air by over 3m to the floor.
