After many years of being rented this property was looking very tired with many of its original features looking dated. We completed a full renovation to bring it up to a modern standard, making it brighter and more appealing for new tenants. The work included:
- Plastering the ground floor walls that were originally bare brick.
- New sliding balcony doors to the first floor
- Complete renovation of bathroom, replacing bath with a shower
- Update of laundry
- New laminate flooring to ground floor
- New carpets to the first floor and staircase
- Replacing rotten deck
- Various external repairs and painting
