St Lucia Residence (apartment renovation)
Renovating apartments is never an easy task when considering proximity with neighbours and access.
The renovation of this property demanded a strategic approach that minimised the impact on neighbouring apartments as well as facilitating the delivery of materials and disposal of waste material. Thanks to Greg DeWagt and the skilled team of subcontractors this renovation was delivered with minimal disturbance to the neighbours above and below and involved some innovative solutions to moving some very large items.
Again Coop Creative designed a plan that was not only a challenge for our team but also pushed the boundaries with some of their integrated cabinetry designs.
This apartment displays an understanding of how cabinetry can be integrated into every area of a room and is not only functional but also aesthetically balanced.
A special thanks to Brett Thomas at Sunshine State cabinetry for helping us achieve a fantastic result we know the clients are thrilled with their home.
