Sunshine Apartment

Harnessing natural light when staging this apartment was an exciting venture.
We were able to introduce bold colour furnishings which resonated perfectly with the colour of the walls.
The staging result was truly stunning which made the apartment very appealing to the eye and especially home buys.

Sheer Heavenly
The living areas of this property are fully carpeted. By adding a rug of warm white/cream colour, created a sense of open plan living yet individuality to the lounge area.
Natural Light Drenched Living Area
Looking from the kitchen to the balcony we styled the living area to the left (previous photo) and the dining area to the right to create superb balance and to create space for the light to simply stream into the area. Using a round glass top dining table perfected this.

Adding a rectangular mirror the width of the washbasin makes the bathroom appear larger and lighter.

The privacy that this patio offers would be the new home owner's dream. The red brown brick wall was the perfect canvas to style our aluminium framed patio furniture. Not using solid furniture has enabled the natural light to shine through and all around the area.
