We recently finished this stunning coastal new build in Umina Beach, which is ready for our lovely clients to move into and enjoy. The brief for this project was to initially source and secure an established house or a vacant block that allowed them to build their dream home. Milk Chocolate did this, and the project was handed to our Projects team who executed the design, approvals and construction project management.
