This was a renovation and addition to a small farmhouse on a 6.9 acre urban lot involving removing the front sunroom and extending forward for a new kitchen, dining and living room as well as a new master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The large verandah extends around the east and north for great entertaining and relaxation space. The added large steel framed garage and workshop to the rear acted as a temporary residence during the construction.
