Our 100SQM House explores how to create a robust, small footprint and affordable house for a young family, with a respectful nod to the existing modern house which shares the same amazing garden setting, owned by our client’s parents.

Internally, cork flooring and plywood are used to add warmth to the spaces and will create a useable and flexible living space and 3 bedrooms by learning from some of our work on multi-residential projects which explore density, flexibility and clever storage solutions.
