Medium-density infill townhouse development in Maribyrnong

This projects continues our exploration of layering in the townhouse façades and gardens. The deep screened spaces respond to both planning requirements of preventing overlooking and reducing “visual bulk” but also (more importantly) provide protected outdoor spaces for future residents living in closer quarters.
