Extension and renovation to a heritage listed terrace house in Brunswick, the design opens up and brings light into a typical skinny lot, taking advantage of its corner site and by introducing an internal courtyard around which living spaces are arranged. The side of the new extension is defined by a translucent, extruded glass wall which will light the inside of the new living space and register the blurry movements behind it, while still maintaining security and privacy from the street.
