This architecturally designed, this brand new freestanding townhouse has been my current project completed.
I was involved in internal and external colours and finishes and once again the developers required Dani Louis Design to Home Style with the existing furniture we have used on previous developments.
The property sold before it's 1st Open Inspection for a whopping $697,500.
Once again we have broken our previous record sale price for the area.
