I recently completed my own apartment renovation & sold in 2022.
The kitchen is actually from IKEA, with additions of bronze tinted splash backs, custom-made island bench on lockable caster wheels and additional wooden shelving.
I had my cabinet designer build bespoke bathroom vanities & all my tradespeople finished everything to the highest level.
Due to not having much natural light, I felt the apartment as a whole benefitted from an overall darker design, with elegant decor & furnishings.
