AQL Mixed Use Apartment

This is a relatively small lot that situated on a slightly sloping lot with high traffic main road at front.

We worked closely with client in forming design brief that meets client's requirement.

Feasibility and site context study was carried out in conjunction with local planning schemes prior to conceptual design to establish development yield for client.

This 12 storey development comprises 2 commercial units at front, 65 apartment units and roof garden. It embraces northern sun light, promotes natural light and ventilation across the building. Extensive landscapes have been incorporated right from the entry foyer at ground floor, podium level and roof top garden with amenities for residents.

Double glazings are being implemented for all apartment units that facing the South facing main street for acoustic and thermal comfort.

The building is specifically tailored to blend in this challenging site, and achieved maximum yield for developer with high spatial quality lifestyle across the development for residents.
