Our task was to subdivide a green title lot into two Survey Strata lots, retaining the existing front house and designing a new house at the rear lot.

We listened and studied client's requirement and lifestyle. Then we formulated a design brief.

The outcome is a high energy efficiennt courtyard house. The courtyard in the core of the house has a low maintance garden that directly connected to the house and can be enjoyed all the time throughout the year.

The house promotes natural breeze and day light, with low maintance garden inside the house to be enjoyed all year around.
