This was a renovation project to turn an old existing house into a contemporary suburban retreat. Clients were a young family with two children. They were looking to improve the layout and house brightness while retaining the house structures. They would like to connect the out door living to the house, a entertainin hub, modern living and plenty of storage space.

A new building wing has been created with new kitchen, scullery with walk in pantry. The two storey wall with two storey glazing and a large stacking door was created. Living area has been elevated with storage compartment under the floor for toys, books, etc.

All the bedrooms, ensuite, bathrooms and laundry have been redesigned with better circulation space presentation and storage.

The family is now enjoying a cosy, entertaining, high energy afficient contemporary retreat for many years to come.
