The Blaxland House is set on a large suburban block of land within Blue Mountains Council . The owners wanted a contemporary home with the design focusing on outdoor entertainment. The owners decided to build the home themselves and they did a wonderful job . To avoid any issues with Council pre lodgment meetings were held on site and the application went through relatively smoothly.
