Bonnie's House

This 'refresh' of a 20 year old house created a new open plan living, dining and kitchen area connecting to the clients' garden.

A dividing wall was taken out and replaced with open shelving to create an airy, generous combined living and dining area.

New joinery and storage cabinets were also added and the kitchen was given a 'makeover' with new bench tops, cupboard doors, shelving and handles. The whole interior was repainted in Dulux Fair Bianca Half to keep it light and airy.

Inspiration was taken from the existing Blackbutt floor - the new veneer and solid hardwood handles are the same timber species.

For many years, a sofa under the window had given Bonnie the dog a place to sit and watch her family - something she continues to do from her new window seat!
