This 1970s pole house had an amazing hillside location and a great split-level, open plan but it was in serious need of a refresh! Once the termites had been evicted, we started a redesign that respected the building's 1970s heritage and removed the add-ons that detracted from its simple design. It is now a comfortable home sitting in a rocky, native garden.
