Finalist - HIA-CSR Qld Housing Awards 2022 - Renovation/Addition Project $300k to $600k
Everything interior was updated and refreshed, which included the redesign of the internal floor plan, moving and removing walls. We created a new kitchen and living space, moved the main bedroom, redesigned the bathroom, created a dual office space and installed new windows and doors in the living areas to over look the pool and outdoor living areas.
Outdoors, a new deck was installed with glass balustrade and roof, along with block retaining walls, sandstone stairs, concrete to existing veranda areas, new shed, screening and relocation of water tanks.
