We transformed this home with a renovation and extension from a 3 bed, 1 bath high set, into a 4 bed, 2 bath with the master bedroom now including an ensuite.

A portion of the front deck was built in, allowing for the dining room to be moved and the kitchen to be renovated and elongated, and giving the homeowner the open plan living space.
