House Raise, Build under, Extension and Pool in Paddington.

We took this humble 1920s Workers Cottage and transformed it into the owners' dream home by raising, extending, and renovating the entire property. We preserved key original features to maintain the home's character, even retaining the existing front doors.

Not only did we expand and modernize the interior, but we also enhanced the yard to make it more usable. By building retaining walls, we elevated the rear of the yard, allowing the owners to walk straight from their living spaces onto their new deck and out to the new pool. The pool area features a sleek, modern design with a spacious deck for lounging, surrounded by lush landscaping that creates a private oasis. The level grass and garden area provide ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.
