The Broadwater design team worked closely with our client to create a spacious home layering different textures to create crisp horizontal and vertical lines for a modern cubist design. The pièce de résistance is the light-filled dining room, with high windows on three sides and 7 metre wide bifold doors on the Northern façade, providing a sense of connection to the outdoors and taking advantage of the views looking out onto the Wembley Golf course. The north-orientated open plan design, 3.2 metre high ceilings and polished concrete floors throughout gives this living area plenty of natural lighting and a spacious feel that draws the eyes outwards and blurs the lines between inside and out.
