The Broadwater team worked closely with our client to build this stunning three-storey, light-filled modern home. The design centres around large double height void with floor to ceiling windows on the front façade that fills the homes with natural lighting and provides endless views of tree tops over the Wembley Downs valley. Around the void is a modern black spine staircase with American Oak wooden treads and frameless glass balustrading that stylishly connects the two living areas without obstructing the views. This warm colour palette continues throughout the kitchen and scullery to create a stylish and innovative design.
