We were highly satisfied with our experience with Broadwater Builds. We have had so many compliments on our renovation, the work was of a very high standard. Louis is an excellent communicator who made the process much less daunting. We felt they were honest, reliable and trustworthy, and also efficient at getting the job done in a timely manner. I would (and have!) recommended them to anyone looking to build or renovate.

Excellent quality workmanship, prompt and responsive communication, calm professionalism and fast response when dealing with unanticipated minor problems (renovation of an old home). Would recommend. Broadwater Builds, particularly Louis, who was our primary point of contact, impressed us with their: - quality work across trades used during our renovation. As well as producing quality work, tradesmen were prompt, polite and respectful, tidy, and responsive - clear, unambiguous and responsive communications. Louis was very quick to respond to phone or email queries, as well as initiating communication during the process, and conveyed a calm and confident professionalism when dealing with minor problems that we hadn't anticipated (renovation of an old home). A HUGE thank you to Broadwater Builds, in particular to Louis Gonzalez, for our magnificently crafted new home. The building process and top quality result exceeded our expectations and we are over the moon with our beautiful home. BB is a boutique building company that ensured the highest of standards were upheld during our build, for a very fair price. We appreciated that we were dealing directly with the builder throughout the building process, rather than a chain of command. While ours wasn’t the only project, Louis knew and understood every minute detail of our project from start to finish. Tradespeople were excellent - top quality, respectful and friendly – and it was reassuring to hear their honest feedback on how much they enjoy working for this building company. Standouts for us were Louis’ integrity, fairness, transparency and exceptional communication. He provided us with a very detailed construction schedule and gave us timely reminders throughout each stage of construction. His calm and patient manner was extraordinary as he dealt with our constant stream of queries, emails and requests, respectfully and very promptly. We valued his flexibility in allowing us to make numerous variations along the way, all at a very fair and reasonable price, while we changed our minds or made additions as building progressed. We’ve now been in our home for 3 months and a measure of the quality of a builder is also how the after-sales/maintenance period is handled. Once again, BB doesn’t let down. The few issues that have arisen have been minor and Louis and his tradies have been extremely quick to respond and resolve them efficiently and positively. We thoroughly enjoyed the building process and we’ve been so impressed with Broadwater Builds that should we build again, we would not look anywhere else for a builder of this high calibre. We are so incredibly happy with our house extension by Broadwater Builds. They helped us create our dream home that our family will grow into and we couldn’t be more thankful to the team! The house began construction while we were pregnant and continued while we welcomed our first baby into the world. Broadwater were exceptionally supportive and were great communicators which helped make the whole process very smooth in a fairly hectic time in our lives. They have incredible trades people who were all very friendly and approachable, were exceptionally clean and very efficient workers. Their work was of such a high standard, their tradespeople clearly take pride in their work. Again, having a brand new baby at home would usually be overwhelming with so many workers but they were all so amazing and accommodating. Broadwater very much worked hard to get our build finished as soon as possible, and also finished the extension in the timeframe they initially promised. They also kept within their initial price estimation, so there were no surprises in cost or time frame allowance. We couldn’t recommend Broadwater Builds highly enough. Professional, honest, exceptional quality.

From the moment I had my first introduction and meeting with Louis and his wife in their home I had the feeling I was in safe hands, and as a female first-time builder that was very important to me.They happily took on my existing plans(with shire approval) and crafted me a home I can be very proud of at a very fair price. Their costings stacked up very well to the project builders I had talked to but had the feeling of a custom home builder without the hefty price tag. Nathan was onsite and always dealt with any questions or problems promptly and without fuss. At times my slow decision making might have tested his patience but he never showed it! I was able to supply items such as appliances and sinks and taps and at no time did it become a problem, where as other builders had shied away at the idea as being too much trouble. I was able to make decisions on the go which meant the build evolved over time into exactly what I wanted which wouldn't have happened with a project builder. My two storey house took almost exactly a year from pouring pad to handover, a great time frame which never felt rushed. I was given a schedule before building commenced and it was almost spot on, so I always knew what was happening next and when I would need to make decisions. All the trades were respectful and efficient. I can't praise Broadwater and Louis and Nathan enough for the job they have done for me, I wouldn't hesitate to build with them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful home at a very reasonable cost.

It is now 4 months since our house was finished by Broadwater. Hence, this is a review after allowing some time, past the euphoria of moving in. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Nathan and Louis came to the rescue when our previous builder went into adminstration. The difference between prior builders/contractors and Broadwater was immediately obvious: - WE felt they listen to what we were trying to achieve. - Nathan an Louis aligned their thinking with our expectations. - The attention to detail of the preliminary schedule of works was already of greater quality than any previously seen communication from other builders. - The constant communication (by phone, email, SMS and in person) was excellent, with language we understood, and we felt that every effort was made for us to understand the progress and the different eventualities we needed to make a decision upon. - The price/cost of the different stages was extremely competitive. - They were hones and transparent about what was to be delivered. - Tradesmen were approachable, and they showed a considered manner towards our build. - Quality of finishing was excellent. - The project was handed over on time, without any major imperfection or issue to resolve. There are builders out there that put business first. I can say, without a doubt, that Nathan and Louis put our satisfaction first. I keep in touch with them to carry out some further additions to our building, as their opinion and expertise is very important for me.

The renovation was completed on time and on cost. There were no delays and no additional costs. The quality of the work was outstanding and this large renovation was completed whilst we spent much of the time overseas. The communications throughout the project was excellent. The best part was that we were advised to make some design changes which in the end significantly improved the renovation. We highly recommend Broadwater Builds.

Broadwater Builds have just completed our new home. The build was on time and stress free. Louis’s communication during the build was excellent. We were provided with a comprehensive construction schedule. Timely prompts were provided for us to make our product selections. During the build we were living in the country, but when we were in Perth, Louis enabled ready access to the site and was available for onsite meetings when requested. His responses to our emails, texts and phone calls were prompt and he always followed up and reported back to us as promised. Broadwater Builds pursuit of quality and good workmanship was commendable. Louis was attentive to detail and had high expectations of the trades. When variations were made we were confident that we were being treated in a fair and transparent manner. Louis was professional, respectful and easy to work with. We have no hesitation in recommending Broadwater Builds. It was a pleasure building with Louis and the Broadwater team.

George Copley 2 reviews a week ago-Edit We had our bathroom renovated in March by Broadwater Builds, during the strip out of our bathroom the concrete floor broke up as it was only 40cm thick in places. Louis spoke to us about our options and we decided to have a new concrete floor laid, the strip out was done on a Thursday and Louis had his grano worker lay the new concrete floor on the Saturday and he also organised the termite spraying on the Friday. Louis certainly worked his magic for us to have this all done in two days, we were so happy with the end result of our bathroom renovation, we asked Louis and Broadwater Builds to also renovate our kitchen, again this was completed in a very reasonable time frame considering it was Easter and the ANZAC holiday long weekend. All of the trades people Louis used were friendly and highly skilled and preformed their work to a very high standard.Louis kept us informed of the daily work and also what trades people would be at our house and what time they would arrive. We would recommend Broadwater Builds to anyone thinking about having renovations done to their house

Have just moved into our newly built dream home, and we could not be happier. The small team at BB met every expectation we put to them. It is often easy to surrender to the house hold name project builders, however after our experience with Louis and Nathan, we are so please we didn't. Their flexibility, communication, understanding of client needs and professionalism demonstrated over the two years we were engaged with them was of exception standard. I can recommend this team to others as an outstanding custom home builder, and for our home, the product and value speaks for itself.
