A “Resort Feel” was the brief from this Collinswood couple. This relatively small rear yard packs a lot in, an 8m long pool with attached spa and timber structure, stackstone sheer-decent water feature, 4x3m shed, storage yard and an outdoor kitchen and patio area. The white pavers and coping lighten the space and the feature plantings, wall art, timber structure and decks soften the rendered walls that frame the backyard. The front yard was to be maintenance free and easy to clean, gravel and pebbles were used as ground covering and exposed aggregate construction for the driveway and surrounding paths. The front yard is secured by a pillar and aluminium slat fence and automated swinging and pedestrian gates.
